On Direct Support Appreciation Day held September 28th 2007
Governor Lynch signed a yellow flag and helped us kick off the
DSP Yellow Flag Campaign.
Each year more flags are added
to our collection and display.
Barbara Wilson of From the Heart Studio & Gardens started the DSP Yellow Flag Campaign
as a way to promote and build awareness about the Direct Support Professional career.
New Hampshire Direct Support Appreciation Day on this day of celebration we will again be displaying DSP Yellow Flags. Direct Support Appreciation Day will be held in
New Hampshire on September 17, 2010.
We will be displaying the collection of flags at the NH State House in Concord.
Sept. 2008, there were 682 flags Sept. 2009 1,076 flags were flown in front of our State Capital.
